1Introduction

Welcome to 92pakk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 92pakk is an English-language online betting and casino information platform providing educational content, game guides and responsible gambling resources primarily to users located in Pakistan. Our platform is accessible at https://92pakk.cam.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92pakk. They govern all access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality and services offered. By accessing or using any part of 92pakk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 92pakk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on 92pakk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the Operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Operator or any associated responsible gambling registry.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent of, any other person or legal entity in registering for an Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 92pakk or the Operator.

92pakk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be subject to review in accordance with applicable laws and the Operator's terms.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and valid national identity number (CNIC for Pakistani users). Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 92pakk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon discovering any actual or suspected unauthorised access.

5Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 92pakk.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with betting or gaming markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or otherwise unlawful.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any organisation.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by 92pakk in writing.

Any breach of the Acceptable Use provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any balance held and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in your Account cashier at the time of transaction. For Pakistani users, contextually familiar methods may include bank transfers through institutions such as HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and the Raast instant payment system. The availability of any specific payment method is determined solely by the Operator and applicable law — 92pakk does not guarantee the availability of any particular method. None of the aforementioned payment providers endorse, affiliate with or support 92pakk or any gambling activity.

6.2 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made on your behalf by another individual or entity — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned less any applicable processing fees, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for deposit.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
• No guaranteed processing timeframes are stated. Processing times are at the Operator's discretion and may vary based on payment method, verification status and other operational factors.

6.4 Currency

Unless otherwise specified by the Operator, transactions are conducted in PKR or the Operator's supported currencies. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the Operator and may include a margin. 92pakk bears no responsibility for exchange-rate fluctuations affecting your balance value.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Offer Eligibility

Promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards, are subject to specific eligibility criteria set out in the individual offer terms. 92pakk and the Operator reserve the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on account history, jurisdiction, payment method used or other criteria at their sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier, qualifying games, contribution percentages and time limits applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant offer's terms and conditions. These must be reviewed in full before accepting any bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or circumvent promotional terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting using Platform funds, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. 92pakk and the Operator reserve the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them in such cases and to close the relevant Account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds may expire after a period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your Account balance without further notice. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the Operator's published betting rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules for each sport, event or game type before placing a bet. Settled bets, once confirmed by the Operator, are final and non-reversible except in the circumstances expressly provided for in the Operator's rules.

8.2 Error and Obvious Mistake Policy

In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a system error, a data-feed failure or human input error — 92pakk and the Operator reserve the right to void the affected bet at the correct odds or to cancel it entirely at the Operator's discretion. No liability will be accepted for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on erroneous odds or information.

8.3 Live and In-Play Betting

Live markets are subject to temporary suspension and reopening as match conditions change. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided. The Operator's decision regarding the settlement of live bets is final.

8.4 Cricket, PSL and ICC References

Markets relating to Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC tournaments are offered as general sports betting markets only. 92pakk holds no official relationship, partnership or sponsorship arrangement with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team. References to these organisations are for sporting context only.

9Responsible Gambling

92pakk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to feel compulsive, users are strongly encouraged to use the tools available to them and to seek support.

The following responsible gambling tools are available through the Platform and/or Operator:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications after a defined period of play.
• Loss Limits: Cap total losses over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion once activated cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders of your session duration and net position.

10KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and the Operator's regulatory obligations, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals can be processed and at such other times as the Operator reasonably requires.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card — CNIC for Pakistani users, or a valid passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of a mobile wallet in your name).
• Source-of-funds documentation where transactions meet or exceed thresholds established by the Operator.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by the Operator may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawals until compliance is achieved. 92pakk and the Operator handle all KYC data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pakk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 92pakk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying or selling any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes.
• Systematically downloading or caching Platform content to create a competing or derivative service.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Platform content.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on another website without 92pakk's prior written consent.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pakk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

In particular, and without limitation, 92pakk accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made in reliance on content published on the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of third-party data, odds feeds or game information displayed on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
• Acts or omissions of the Operator, including decisions regarding bet settlement, bonus application or account management.

13Termination

13.1 Termination by 92pakk

92pakk and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed in connection with your Account.
• Your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined in the Operator's dormant account policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of your Account.

13.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 92pakk support. Account closure requests are subject to confirmation of identity and settlement of any outstanding balances or wagering obligations. Closure does not release you from any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (subject to verification and any outstanding obligations) will be returned to you via a payment method in your name.

14Amendments to These Terms

92pakk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated provisions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 92pakk arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through informal negotiation by contacting our support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable.

For Pakistani users: Nothing in this clause overrides your rights under applicable Pakistani law. 92pakk strongly recommends that Pakistani users seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and obligations under both these Terms and applicable Pakistani legislation before using the Platform.
